Why your ND brain freezes at the start - and why it’s not laziness.
Simple nervous system resets to calm the overwhelm before you begin.

1. Reset Routine → “A way to calm the chaos before you even try to start.”
You know those days when your brain is buzzing, your chest feels tight, and even opening the laptop feels impossible? That’s your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight. In this workshop, you’ll learn a simple 2-minute reset you can use anytime - to quiet the noise, ground yourself, and make starting feel lighter.
2. Micro-Start Strategy → “A tiny way in, when the task feels like a mountain.”
Big tasks make Neurodivergent brains freeze. That’s why instead of “just do it,” I’ll show you how to shrink the task down to the tiniest possible first step - so small it almost feels silly. It might be opening the document, writing one sentence, or setting a timer. These micro-starts are how you unlock momentum without burning out.
3. Bounce-Back Plan → “A kinder way to restart when you get stuck again.”
Let’s be real: even after this workshop you’ll get stuck again. That’s not failure - that’s how Neurodivergence works. The difference is knowing how to get yourself out of the spiral. This is why we’ll cowrite your bounce back plan including a simple script that helps you self soothe and move forwards with peace.
